Kayo subscription offfer

I have an email from Telstra offering Kayo for $5 per month but when I click on the offer it’s $15 per month. If I try and follow that offer I can’t get any further. I’ve had text messages sent with a PIN but have no idea what to do with that to proceed.

Kayo offer no solutions.

Same issue for me as well. I've been on the Crowd Support help messaging service for over 3+ hours and nothing.

 

@telstra I have been trying all day to sign up to this and everytime I click on the "sign up" button, all I receive is an SMS message to my phone for example which says

 

"Hi, a service or person on your Telstra account is attempting to redeem a new subscription offer (such as Kayo, BINGE, Trend Micro).

To authorise the redemption of this offer, you must provide this Telstra one-time PIN 639756. It expires in 20 mins.

Redeeming the offer may result in charges to your Telstra bill. Alternate payment methods may be available."

 

That's it ! No links, or registration instructions and the page doesn't lead to anywhere else. Technical support via the Crowd Support section is useless and they clearly have no idea so can someone please assist me because I havd been going around in circles all day !

 

How complicated can this process be ?!

Hello @Sofrustratednow,

 

Apologies for any issues accessing the Kayo offer.

 

There was an issue yesterday with the popup window to enter

the one-time pin, this was resolved around 9pm last night.

 

To ensure you are accessing the correct offer, follow the link to redeem

on the Telstra mobile used to access the AFL App last season, while

connected to mobile data (turn off Wi-Fi).

If the incorrect offer is still displayed, the next step would be to message

us in the Get Help tab of the My Telstra App to double check, no one on 

Crowd Support has access to accounts to investigate.

Sorry to see you've also had some issues with the one time pin.

 

Please have another go at redeeming the offer, the issue impacting 

access was resolved last night, other community members have reported

success.

The issues impacting the one-time pin have now been resolved.

 

To clarify, Crowd Support is primarily a community forum (customers helping customers),

staff here are more moderators for the community rather than direct customer support

(no one here has access to accounts).

 

We do not have a direct help messaging service on Crowd Support, to message Telstra 

for support, please message in the Get Help tab of the My Telstra App.

can we use this Kayo on Tele and watch Live on Tele or Is it restricted and Can we viewed on Only Mobiles..?

Hello Hardik,

 

Thanks for messaging us on Crowd Support.

 

Kayo can be accessed on mobile, PC, or smart TV, there are no restrictions.

 

The offer is for $20 off Kayo, however there are two plans to choose

from, Basic and Premium.

 

Basic can provide access on two screens at once, Premium three screens

I have been trying to get 5 dollar deal kayo was charging  15 dollars for my account tried to  change  over rang telstra 132200 they said i had to cancel sub instead they cancelled my phone account still waiting for new sim card my wife had kayo and live pass different phone numbers still they could not just change over  what a f..... mess no communications telstra and kayo been 2 months still not fixed
