NRL Live Pass Refund

Hi
Received email from Apple re a subscription to the NRL Live Pass for 2019 season. I assume this is because I forgot to unsubscribe at the end of last season. However I don’t require the NRL Live Pass this season. I have now unsubscribed, but it appears the $99 for the 2019 is gone, and the 2020 is unsubscribed. How do I get my $99 back for the 2019 season? The season hasn’t kicked off yet. Thanks

Thank you for your post. My apologies for any issues you're experiencing with NRL Live Pass. 

 

All subscriptions are ongoing until cancelled as per the terms and conditions. 

 

Unfortunately, we do not have access to iTunes systems to cancel or refund a purchase on your behalf.

I would recommend contacting them directly via the below link

 

Contact Apple Support
