NRL LIVE SUBSCRIPTION - CANCELLATION
I subscribed to NRL Live on the 30th April 2016, I unsubscribed/cancelled on 16 May 2016, I received a confirmation email to confirm the cancellation had been processed.
It has just come to my attention, that as of the 22 August 2016, my subscription was restarted (no idea how, as I unsubscribed due to not being able to stream/use the product) and my card has been charged $2.99 every week since, except for September where an extra $20 charge was processed. So, in total, I have been charged $214.35 for something that I had cancelled earlier in the year. For clarification, yes it was Telstra Applications Melbourne charging my card.
I called Telstra today to try and talk to someone about this, to hopefully get a refund on this money. However, no one was able to help me, I was transferred to 3 different people only to be told to take my bank statements in-store.
Can someone please call me to discuss the above.
