Trouble redeeming kayo $5 month deal

When I click on the deal it sends a one time pin to a sim card that has been cancelled. I need help updating this number because I cannot access the deal.

Thanks for your message, sorry to see you've had some issues redeeming the offer.

 

You are correct, you will need the help of support in order to update contact details.

The pin is sent to the primary contact number for the Legal Lessee of the account.

Please have the Legal Lessee of the account contact us via messaging in the Get Help tab

of the My Telstra App,13 22 00 or visit a store. 

 

As Crowd Support is a community forum, we do not have access to customer accounts, it is

essential (particularly when updating contact details) that identity is first verified.

I am the owner of the account, the sim card has been disabled, I have no access to it unfortunately.

If the contact details on your account need to be updated, you will need the assistance of support.
