Who do I speak to about a refund and compensation?

Saturday night your service wasn't working I want a full refund of my last payment and compensation.

My apologies for any issues you experienced with the AFL Live App over the weekend.

Unfortunately, while we appreciate your frustration, a refund would not be provided for a technical error which impacted one evening as subscription fees cover all content not just single days or games.

Well that's the reason I buy the subscription so I didn't receive what I paid for so I will take this matter up with the Ombudsman. I understand your doing a job but maybe tell your bosses if they can't stream content properly instead of saying too bad it might be best to get ahead of the problem and offer some actual customer service. I'm a Relates share holder like millions of other Australians and it worries me with your pathetic level of customer service. I have noted your response and lack of action. My subscription is now cancelled. Customer service is dead. 😢
