3g + wifi USB network connection problem - Win7 - Telstra CrowdSupport

Bought 3g + wifi usb before xmas, expires in June 16. Plugged in and installed software on Win7 home. Have activated the SIM but cannot connect to the internet. have cleared cache, re-installed but still no connection. Cannot get to M.home 192.168.0.1. Have added another 5G to the prepaid package but Nothing. Please assist!
