All my incoming calls go straight to diversion so I can't answer them!

Very very frustrating! Over the last week or so I have had an ongoing issue whereby all my incoming calls go to diversion immediately and therefore I cant answer them!

 

I have had about 3 goes with Telstra support to fix this but the problem keeps coming back hour s or days later.

 

I now have no voicemail box to divert to as at the Telstra fix on Friday but the problem is back again today.

 

Does anyone have a real solution to this?

Hey zzedzz,

 

Unfortunately this is something that needs to be dealt with on our end, it sounds like there is some form of programming in place causing issues. Hopefully you've had some help since you posted, but if not, definitely call again on 133933. This needs to be escalated further.

Thanks for responding. It looks like support have been able to fix it now.

Just waiting and checking to see if it stays fixed.
