Can't change from postpaid to prepaid

What do I say on the phone to talk to an operator?


I've tried 3 different combinations of options and each time I get sent an SMS with "more information". If I try to activate my sim online it tells me to call the phone number if I'm moving from Telstra postpaid to Telstra prepaid. The information I'm sent tells me to use the app or go online, and then the website tells me to call the number again. I'm literally being sent around i circles and can't activate the sim card I paid for.


Has no one considered this when setting up the horrid automated system? You'd think they would've gotten better over time but this proves otherwise...
