Cant activate pre paid sim

I purchased two prepaid SIM cards for our security cameras, and have attempted several times now to activate them but to no avail. An error comes up stating that Telstra is experiencing technical difficulties and to try the Telstra chat, but that doesn’t work either.

With Telstra Chat, are you trying to do that through the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen)? The web version is out of action a lot of the time.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
