Very strange. It should already be in there automatically. Do you have the 24/7 app on your mobile? - https://https://tel.st/974fb - If so, does the number show up there? How long has it been activated? Sometimes it can take a day or so to show up. - Matthew.

Re: Cant add my new mobile number to online accounts.

Its been updated for a few weeks now and I have 24/7 activated on my phone with the number, everything else works normally but every site or account that lets you register a mobile number thinks its fake even tho I can enter a random mobile number and It'll accept that. I'v put in for support chat a few times now and they gave me a ticket number few days ago don't think I can check that though.

Re: Cant add my new mobile number to online accounts.

Very strange. It's like your number has a chequered past. Have you tried googling it?

Since it's only just up and running, it might be worth doing a number change and having a new one assigned perhaps.

We don't have account access here, so I recommend discussing this with our Live Chat team - https://tel.st/ylpyp -
If you log into the online chat with the same email address each time, the consultant can read all of your previous conversations, and get up to date quickly.
Please let us know how you get on. - Matthew.
