Change Pre-Paid Plan and Recharge Credit

Hi, I currently on Telstra Pre-paid Cap Encore and have accumulated approx. $350 recharge credit. I was wondering, if I changed my plan to Long Life Plus:

1. Would I still have the recharge credit available, i.e. I will not lose it.

2. Would I be able to purchase Plus Packs such as International Browsing Plus Pack and Browse (within Australia) Plus Pack with the recharge credit I accumulated from previous plan.

Yes, your accumulated recharge credit will rollover to the Long Life Plus offer. 

 

Yes, you'll be able to use the accumulated recharge credit to purchase International Roaming Browse Plus packs and Browse Plus packs (for within Australia).

 

If you wanted to double check this you can speak to the Pre-Paid team via Live Chat

Just remember to change your offer first, then put the recharge on.
