I have a prepaid service & when I go to recharge, the amount just goes into credit & doesn’t supply me with any data?

Hi @Rogerk21,

 

Are you trying to buy a Data Top-Up pack?

 

If you're on the Pre-Paid Plus, Extra, Max or Complete plan , once you've put the recharge amount for a Data Top-Up pack on you need to convert the credit to Data.

 

The below link has instructions on how to convert your recharge to Data.

Which Prepaid plan are you on?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
