DataBank is not updated

I have recharged with 40$ to get 18GB on my prepaid. However it is no showing correctly.

So you're on the Pre-Paid Complete plan and recharged $40 which has 18GB of Data and the 18GB didn't show under "Data remaining" when you put the recharge on?


As for the Data Bank: if you recharge before the expiry date of your last recharge, any unused Data from your last recharge will be put into your Data long as you haven't reached the 200GB limit. 

You'll see the remaining Data Bank Data under "Balance summary".
