Daylight Robbery

So I have prepaid over 35 days up to and including the 35th day to 2359 which I pay for however every month for 4 years now my service gets stop 3 hours before 2359 on the 35th day which is super annoying. Why don't Telstra just say 34 days for a 35 day prepay plan. I feel they owe me for all the short chain on my plan. Crappy service provider who steals from its customers. Will wait for a response and hopefully a positive outcome. Ggggrrrrr 😡😡😡😡
