Double payment for prepaid
the other day I recharged my pre-paid Telstra account, however there was a glitch with Telstra so I ended up paying twice. Any idea how I can get a refund for the second payment?

You could ask for a refund, but if they won't refund it then they should be able to extend the expiry date to cover the extra recharge.
You would need to contact Telstra on 132200 or via their Facebook or Twitter page's.
