Expiry Date of Recharge one year not 28 days

Last four times I have put a prepaid voucher recharge through the expity date comes up one year away (e.g. recharged 21 Oct 2020 expires one year and one day from then 22 October 2021. When I check the #100# it confirms only 28 days expiry 18 October 2020. Is this a system issue?

Was this helpful?

Re: Expiry Date of Recharge one year not 28 days

Hi Cliff080450,

Yes, it's a system issue.

I don't know why it's started doing this.

One time I put a 6 month's expiry recharge on for my relative...it showed 18 month's expiry...until I looked in the My Telstra App, which then showed the correct 6 month's expiry.

The 28 day's expiry Recharge's I've been putting on are showing the same as you see....1 year expiry, but then when looking in the My Telstra App it shows the correct 28 day's expiry.

I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.
