Hardship

Hi I am currently homeless lost my job and place due to Covid I'm on a prepaid service I've asked Telstra to help me with data so I can look four housing and to Check my emails, which they gave me 2gb which I've already used ..

Is there anyway Telstra can give me more data to help me get through these tough times

Telstra provide vouchers to a number of charities for this purpose. Centrelink may also be able to help you with setting up payment directly from your payments or help with an emergency payment in the interim.

 

The other option is to go to venues that offer free wifi (Fast Food Outlets, Local Libraries, etc - the wifi usually extends outside so if you don't feel comfortable going in, you can use it outside).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
