Help with Auto recharge over $30

Answered

Hi the support line haven't been able to help me and suggested I try here. I am wanting to set up a $40 auto recharge for my $40 plan; however, on both my phone and online it only gives me the option to set up for $30. Does anyone know a way around this?

@Helpplease4 , there is no way around the option of $30 for an Automatic Recharge.

You can't set up an Automatic Recharge for anything above the $30 recharge.

With an Automatic Recharge the recharge is done on a date that you have chosen, which would be between the 1st and 31st of the month.

The $40 recharge has a 35 day expiry...therefore it can't be set-up as an Automatic Recharge.

Re: Help with Auto recharge over $30

Hello, when setting up the recharge, are you able to enter a free amount on that page instead of a pre-set amount to see if that works?
