I am not being able to link Telstra My Account ID with my Prepaid Mobile Number

When I am login in to Telstra My Account with my username and password it is getting logged in successfully but showing me a message as 'Add your Telstra accounts'. Clicking on the 'Add an Account' button the system is navigated to next page showing my name and DOB properly but when i am providing my Account Number or my Mobile Number to get an OTP the system is giving me an error message as 'The account details you've entered don't match our records' or 'Please try again - those details are different to our records.'. Please help.
