Made the payment but not applied to my account


Yesterday I got my new number activated and then I recharged it for $30. Got email from Telstra about my payment, it was deducted from my account but my balance is showing as Zero and getting message to recharge now. It's extremely hard to get any human to answer queries with Telstra. Struggling from last few days but no use. I'm stuck in quarantine otherwise would have gone to any Telstra store. Can somebody please help as what to be done. Thanks

In the email Telstra sent you about the payment, did it have a 12 digit Recharge Voucher PIN?


If the email did have a Recharge Voucher PIN then you can type that 12 digit in the below link to recharge your Pre-Paid mobile service.
