My new plan

I applied to have my plan changed to prepaid mobile plan few weeks ago..I received messages from you informing me my new plan will automatically start from 26 April and I will receive much more data then before.     While ago I made a new payment of 60$ yet it seems I only received 10gb as before.   Please make the correction.  I am suppose to receive 38gb for 60$ not 10gb.

CrowdSupport wouldn't have sent you any messages about this - CrowdSupport is basically Telstra customers trying to help other Telstra customers..  there is no account or billing support available here so there is no way to help you from this forum..


You need to adress you concerns with the Telstra support team - probably the billing section, by using the My Telstra app, Get Help, blue chat icon, to raise the matter with Telstra directly...
