Re: my sim is not activated it shpuld of been hrs ago
If you restart your phone (causes the SIM to try to register on the network) and it still isn't activated):
You will either need to contact 1258880, 132200 or send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to receive an initial response.
