Offer of extra data Not wanted

I don’t need or want extra data because of covid but impossible to find out how to refuse it. 132000 isn’t interested in me because not a critical issue. Why should I pay Telstra more for something I don’t want? Don’t think I should have to waste my time visiting a Telstra store. I am cross. Has anyone been able to refuse extra data online???

You have to apply to get the extra data. It's not automatically applied (except on Home Broadband services). And there was no charge for the extra data under the Covid offer, so it would just be a waste of your time visiting a Telstra store.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
