Phasing out of Pre-Paid features and Refund of Call credits

For those of us who. submitted requests for refunds of prepaid credits (mine were submitted on 18 Oct  2020 before the cutoff date of 20 Oct 2020) -as per Ashliem's (https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/669882393) msg of Sept 11 2020 - when can I expect to see response to refund request submissions?

Within 6 weeks of applying for the refund.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

As stated in Telstra email in September....but in reality not the case

Your 6 weeks is up on the 29th November based on an 18th October submission.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
