Possible Recovery of years old PrePaid number
I've been searching all morning around Telstra support regarding the possibility of checking availability and possibly reactivating a years old PrePaid mobile number. So far, I haven't been able to get anywhere as even the PrePaid support number 1258887 says I haven't entered a number associated with a PrePaid account. I have tried calling the number and I get a "This number is currently not accepting incoming calls" which makes me think it might not be in use.
What would be the best next step? I'm going to just try the support line again at this stage.
It's annoying because I only need the mobile number for an hour or 2 to recover some old accounts. I don't believe I have the sim anymore either.

Going in to a Telstra store would be the quickest and easiest way. They can check the availability of the number and get you connected.
