Pre-paid auto recharge is not setting up

I have had a pre-paid account for years.  I recently had to update my credit card details and have recharged the account.  When I try to set up auto recharge, I keep getting the message 'Sorry, there is a problem with our system. Please try again later.'  I have been trying for the past 2 days with no success.  There is no longer phone support for Testra pre-paid and I'm getting really frustrated.  The Telstra system for updating credit card details is cumbersome and outdated.  It would be good if you could just go in and update card details without having to start over with a manual recharge and reset of auto recharge.  But, that is a bigger issue.  Can someone please help me get past the systems problem so I don't have to do this every month?
