Pre-paid feature phase out refund details
Hello,
I purchased a $300 pre-paid SIM card for Telstra mobile. I am currently halfway through the 12-month plan, with 80% of my data remaining. Due to the upcoming Telstra Air and International Roaming feature phase-outs, the plan is no longer suitable for me. According to the website, I have the right to request a refund due to the changes.
My question is, how much will be refunded to me based upon my usage?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Pre-paid feature phase out refund details
Nobody at crowdsupport has access to account details or billing systems.
From my understanding, it would be the remaining value of the recharge at the time that you request the refund (which also cancels your recharge, so you would need to recharge again to continue using your service).
You will need to contact Telstra by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human.
