pre paid mobile plus pack purchase problem
I have a pre paid plan and unable to use log into the Telstra App (I went to a store and they said "it doesnt work", and no offer of assistance), I have purchased data plus packs via the `#100# number but now wanting to purchase Talk and Text plus packs but i get error message and it cannot be done. I have tried calling the 1258888 number but the wait time is over 45 minutes, and I tried the Telstra virtual assistant Codi but it says not online right now and refers me back to the App. Is it time to ditch Telstra and move on?
