Pre-paid plans

Answered

When leaving Australia for 12 months I revert from Pre-paid Max to Pre-paid Long life plus  in order to keep my number and change back to Pre-paid Max upon my return.  Am I correct in reading that the change back  is no longer possible ?   If so, how do I keep my number  from being cancelled. ?

Re: Pre-paid plans

Hi Leleman,

Once you arrive back in Australia you can change your Pre-Paid plan from Long Life Plus to the Pre-Paid Complete plan.

The Pre-Paid Max plan is no longer available for new customer's or existing customer's to change to.

The Pre-Paid Complete plan has replaced the Pre-Paid Max plan.

Depending on when you're returning to Australia Telstra might have replaced the Pre-Paid Complete plan with a new plan....you would be able to change to the new plan.

You will lose your number if you don't recharge your Pre-Paid service within 6 months of the expiry date of your last recharge.
