Pre Paid plans
I am coming to the end of the 365 day pre paid plan that I paid $216 for, this time last year. I note that there is a $260 deal for the same pre paid plan - that appears to be $300 to existing customers via the recharge function within the app. My question is; Why would I choose to spend $300 just to recharge when I could get the $260 (exact same) deal with a new sim and change the number on it? This is more work for you (Telstra) for less money. It makes no sense.

Re: Pre Paid plans
Hi ShPad,
The discounted Pre-Paid mobile SIM'S are to entice new customer's.
If you purchase a new Pre-Paid mobile SIM you won't be able to get your current phone number transferred to it.
I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.
