Pre paid problem

Hi I have a problem. I used $40 pre paid plan. It left 6days. And I just recharge $50 plan. I think it is combine expiry But my 6 days disapper. And changed $50 right now. I’m confused. I want to find my 6days

Recharges are applicable from when they are processed for the specific timeframe, so that would be right, it would start the timeframe from now for the timeframe of the recharge you selected.
