Pre-Paid SIM Activation - ON HOLD
I activated my prepaid SIM online 2 days ago and have logged in to track order and it says that it is ON HOLD and that there was an issue with the order and I should receive a new order number by text/email.
I have received nothing after 2 days.
i can't call out using the phone to get support.

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to the systems required to follow up on your problem.
The two best options at the moment are to either send a message via the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen), you can mark the message as urgent by tapping the icon in the top right of the message screen. Or, send a message to the Telstra Twitter account.
Either method should result in someone getting in touch within a few hours/couple of days.
