Pre-Paid Voucher Lost

I purchased a voucher for a friend who then lost it.  I have a photocopy but notice the expiry date has passed.  How can I get a credit to use on my own phone?

I'm not sure if Telstra will give you a Credit to use on your own mobile phone...as the voucher's have a long expiry date (some have up to 2 year's to use).

You also say that you had a photocopy of the voucher which you could have given to your friend when they lost the original voucher.



You can try to get a Credit by messaging Telstra in the My Telstra App (blue icon in the Get Help section, bottom right of the screen).

If Codi the bot replies with an irrelevant response type "I want to speak to a human".

You'll be placed in a queue for a Telstra Employee to reply to your message.
