Hi nody,

 

I'm not sure why you can't recharge with a Voucher online today. 

Try dialling #100# into your mobile and see if you can use the Voucher to recharge.

 

You can also ring 1258887 to recharge with a Voucher or ring 132200 and choose the Technical fault option. You'll either be able to say your Voucher code to the bot lady (which I've had to do when I couldn't recharge my Pre-Paid mobile broadband service with a Voucher online), or you’ll get to speak to a consultant who will be able to put your Voucher code on for you.
