How can i add a pre paid mobile to my account so i can view it online ?

It may be easier to have a chat with live support. Certainly be easier.....maybe 😉

I've never understood why they don't have it part of the options in "my account"

johnsyrulz, you can  add your Pre-Paid Mobile service to your My account online by going into 'My Profile' then 'Account Settings' on the bottom of the page, click on 'Add an Account' button. You may need your Pre-Paid Mobile Account number though which you can obtain from our live chat team on above link given by Dave. Thanks johnsyrulz.
