My child is overseas for a year and want be using their pre-paid sim card. How do they keep their mobile number for when they return?

Hi Todis,

 

Change their Pre-Paid plan to the Long Life Plus plan then put a $70 Recharge on. This will last for 365 day's and is the safest way to definitely keep the number.

 

 

Another option is to recharge $30 which gives you 186 day's. The day before that expire's put another $30 recharge on.

Hi @Todis, Pre-Paid services expire if allowed longer than 6 months without recharge, so as long as you keep this in mind, the suggestions above are great options, then you can keep the number active Smiley Happy
