Prepaid data

Hi, Today I recharged my prepaid data card and the first recharge failed, I repeated the process and got a successful recharge. On checking my credit card I have been billed twice and likewise the card information shows two identical re-charges. I sent a message on 24/7 this morning and have nothing back except yes we have seen it.

All I want is the second charge reversed, I cant find a phone number to ring either. Who can sort this out??

The phone number is 132200 (but is difficult to get through on).

 

The better option at the moment is to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response and you get a notification through the app when they do.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
