Prepaid max partial refund
This is regarding phasing out of some features of prepaid max.
I don't use Telstra Air feature, if I request for partial refund. Will I be able to use SMS and Data service as I have prepaid Max and thought to use credit for international travel.

Re: Prepaid max partial refund
Hi Siraj,
Once refunded you won't be able to make calls and sms or use Data until you recharge again.
If you received an sms from Telstra about the change's you would have seen this wording in the link:
"Once refunded you will forfeit the remainder of your recharge and you will no longer be able to make calls or SMS and use mobile data. If you wish to continue using your service, you’ll need to recharge again."
I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.
