Prepaid mobile deactivated

Hi,

Did anyone have their Prepaid Mobile number deactivated by Telstra Chat agent just for fun. I kept boasting to people Telstra is the best and just realised it just very bad customer service. I spoke to 5 agents and each of them trying to pass on the issue to another one and finally one knows what is going on and he is powerless to help and escalates to Supervisor on chat who never turns up forcing to close the chat.

 

not sure what to do.
