What happens to recharge credit (that was accumulated on earlier plans) on mobile phone on a Telstra Prepaid Extra plan if we change to a Telstra Prepaid Long Life Plan ? Do you keep that recharge credit or does it disappear?

Yes, you can use the Accumulated Recharge Credits for calls, sms and Data.
It should show just the one Amount of Credit to use....either Recharge Credit or Credit remaining.
You wouldn't want to use too much Data on the Pre-Paid Long Life Plus plan as the charge is 7 cents per mb.

Re: Prepaid Mobile
Hi LT54,
The Accumulated Recharge Credit will rollover from the Pre-Paid Extra plan to the Pre-Paid Long Life Plus plan as long as you change to the Long Life Plus plan and put a recharge on before the expiry date of your Pre-paid Extra plan.
My Accumulated Recharge Credits have always rolled over when I've changed Pre-Paid plans.
Just remember to change your Pre-Paid plan first then put a recharge on.

Re: Prepaid Mobile
Can you then use those Accumulated Recharge Credits for calls, SMS and date after you use your recharge amount ?
