Unfortunately, we can't help with that. You will need to check with a consultant.
Out of interest, was it purchased at Woolworths, because we have seen a couple of queries like that here recently.
Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. You will receive a notification through the app when someone responds.
