recharge

my recharge online last 25 of September until now I did not recieved. when I call for support nothing happen. Chat support, they cannot found the my number. asking for any help on what to do.. thank you

Do you have the My Telstra app on your device?

Do you have a latop or pc with internet that you can use or access to wifi? That would get you to the webpages and your My Account page at Telstra?

It's been a while since I had a pre-paid service, I remember diallig #100#  to do a recharge, I am sure it worked even if the SIM was out of credit..

Hi @jjgii,

 

Are you saying that you're Credit Card is blocked and you can't put a recharge on?

 

Have you tried recharging your Pre-Paid service with more than 2 Credit Cards?

 

I have read in a previous post that Telstra will block your Pre-Paid service using more than 2 Credit Cards to recharge.

You would need to contact Telstra and ask them to remove the Credit Card numbers from your Account.

I've read that you won't be able to recharge with a Credit Card for 60 days if this happens. 

 

You would need to purchase a Recharge Voucher from a Telstra Store, Supermarket, Petrol station or Post Office in the mean time to keep using your Pre-Paid service.
