Recharged twice lost all credit

I bought $30 of credit online  with credit card 18 Sep and it didn't get applied to credit balance. We got another reminder to recharge before 22 September and bought $40 voucher which we processed online 20 Sep. This was not applied to account either. All credit and saved data are now gone and no credit on phone. I have receipts that were emailed. All details are correct. Is there some form of system issue, do telstra staff read these b I adds? Any suggestions?

Send a message using hte MY Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human.

 

Let us know how you go. There have been a few issues like this recently.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
