Salesperson missed up

So I get put on the wrong prepared plan tha had expired an all I get is 60gb for a human mistake thats sad should telestra fix that more I think so

Is the service/plan different to the one you signed for? If so go back to Telstra (Store or via the My App chat store, with the plan details and references) and ask for it to be changed..


Or has the plan changed since then, on a recharge?
