Signed up for pre paid data,
signed up for pre paid Data, took the number they gave me so they say takes up to 4hrs
to activate??? it has been well over that, what is the easiest way to get this sorted

Apologies for the delay getting back to you.
A new prepaid service should only take 2-4 hours to activate but can take up to 48hrs at the longest.
Did the SIM eventually come online or are you still having difficulties?
If the SIM has still not been activated, I would suggest that you get in touch with our Pre paid support team on 1258887 or you can also speak with them over Live Chat here https://tel.st/xmr56 & select "Pre Paid Mobile" from the first drop-down menu & "Existing order ".
