Sim activation

Due to the Cov-19 restriction I am unable to get an asnwer when calling for telstra support in order to activate/transfer my existing phone number. 

Is there any other way to get this done?

You can send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
