Has it always done that or just happening now?

 

I've seen glitches when at times it doesn't work then comes back to life, even a day or two later.

Yes, it's most frustrating that the My Telstra App doesn't show your usage and remaining credit...a few customer's have had this problem.

 

I can't see anything for my Pre-Paid mobile broadband Data service in the My Telstra App. 

I just show's "Something went wrong, we're having trouble showing your Data usage for this service. Please try again in a few minutes".

It's been like this for 1 week now.Smiley Sad

 

In the meantime you can log into your Telstra My Account to see your usage and remaining credit.

I can see my service when logged in there....hopefully you can too.

I have been having this problem for a while on my Galaxy Note 8.

I went into Settings->App

Find the My Telstra app

Go into it

Force Stop it

Clear the Data.

Go out of Settings and start it back up

Log in again and it works fine now

My Telstra

View balance, detail usage, change offers and recharge with the My Telstra app.
