Telstra Refund

It was a time consuming task to finally receive my Telstra refund. I started with online chats etc and got no where. then I decided to do the old fashioned technique and write a letter requesting the refund - with - Account number - your personal details - the amount owing etc... after hours of online attempts, it was the written letter that got things started and resulted in a refund. Hope this post helps someone else.

Your method worked. I also found that phoning 08 6228 4161 TSA (Telstra Services Australia) produced results.

TSA Group is actually a 3rd party call centre operator who operates on behalf of Telstra.
