Telstra take my money and doesn't give me the service


Yesterday I did $60 recharged on my prepaid wich have been deducted from my bank account and wich I also have a screenshot of the transaction with my receipt number on it. However, 1 day later, I still don't have my recharge updated and I'm still waiting to access to my data. I spend a lot of time on phone, on the website, on the app, on the online chat... All of those have been successfully completely useless. I just want the service that I earlier paid for. Simple no ? It's also the third time I'm having a problem with Telstra taking my money without giving me the service back. Really annoying. Anyone else are having issues like this ?
