Transfer of ownership



I wanted to transfer two prepaid mobile services to my name. The two services being my mothers and fathers mobile number. I cannot port the number until they are both under my name.


Both of them wish to keep there mobile number.


I managed to find the consumer to consumer form but I found the form confusing to fill out.


Do I need to fill out two forms? one for my mother and the other for my father?

Also on the form there is only 2 options for incoming customer existing telstra customer or new customer.

I'm not with telstra.


Once both numbers are registered under my name I can port them.
